We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IAM Engineer to join our Security team. You will be a key player in designing, implementing, and maintaining our robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. 

What you can expect!

  • Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using on-premises AD, Entra (Azure AD), and SSO technologies.
  • Develop and enforce access policies, roles, and permissions across the organization based on the principle of least privilege.
  • Integrate IAM solutions with existing directory services and authentication platforms.
  • Automate IAM processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Configure and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Monitor IAM systems for security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM related issues.
  • Participate in security audits and compliance assessments.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IAM trends and technologies.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the IAM domain.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their access needs.

What we expect!

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM administration.
  • Proven experience with on-premises Active Directory (AD) and group policy management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) identity services, including Azure AD Connect and Azure AD Connect Health.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
  • Strong understanding of access control principles (RBAC, ABAC).
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others.
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) certification is advantageous
